Ashley Brown is originally from West Palm Beach, Florida, but is now an official West Coaster. After completing 12 years of training with The Academy of Ballet Florida and a year dancing with the company, Ashley jumped at the opportunity to go on an adventure of a lifetime.

 

    In 2009, she moved out to the San Francisco Bay area to receive a degree with the Alonzo King's LINES BFA program. During her time in the BFA program, she had the opportunity to learn many different movement disciplines including Anatomy and Kinesiology, Gyrotonic(R), Release/Gaga, and Axis system.

 

    During her career dancing, Ashley has had the opportunity to work with many different choreographers such as Ben Stevenson, Alonzo King, Val Caniporoli, Sarah Berges Dance, Joe Landini, Melissa Payne Project, Emote Dance Theater, and most recently Alyce Finwall Dance Theater.

   Ashley taught for over 5 years in the Bay area before returning to her roots in West Palm Beach, Florida in 2020.
